Mr. Ken Corday caught this 746 Blue Marlin on a live bait in 1999. 20 years fishing every year in Hawaii, and this is his largest. Most all of his fish were all tagged and released

Another tournament winner for Rick Chaponot 505 lb Blue Marlin and eventual high points in the Maui Jim Tournament Series for 1999

Mr. Chaponot also received 2nd place honors with this 349 the very next year in the same tournament.

This tournament winner was just 3 friends out to go fishing and drink a beer. Doug Jorgensen hooked & caught this fish ten seconds before stop fishing was called.

Another local family charters the Chiripa once every other year or two and ussually comes home with dinner. This day they caught more than they could eat. Wayne, Alika, Bob had a great day fishing and I'll see them back! Thanks you guys!

Of course your biggest fish always your favorite. Tim Ford was on board November 11, 1998, and we had gone all the way south and caught a 36 lb Mahi mahi. So on the way home, we were sitting on the bridge talking when this fish ate the short rigger. We were all watching as the fish took the bait and the many jumps to come. One hour and 28 minutes later Tim had his fish. Tim celebrated all the way home.
